SIMPLE IRAs – SIMPLE IRA stands for Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees. It allows both employers and employees to contribute to the plan. SIMPLE IRAs are often a good choice for businesses that are setting up a retirement plan for the first time as they are easy and inexpensive to start up and run. A downside to the simplicity of SIMPLE IRAs is that they have lower contribution limits and are less flexible than other options.
